Japan is one of Asian countries but, this country is most well-known Asian country in Western people. Therefore, the food from Japan could be most familiar food for Western people. In Sydney, there are lots of Japanese Restuarants and you can find one or more Japanese restaurants in each different suburb. Japanese restaurant is operated in many different styles such as only the take-away shops or family restuarant.
From now, I am going to introduce one of Japanese restaurant in Sydney. This restaurant is called, "Sushi Bay". This shop has Japanese food in Fusion Style that makes the food in Western style like using cheezes or sauces.
Sushi Bay was established on 30 October 2004 and in this year, Sushi Bay has increased their branches up to 18 branches and it will be becoming more large business. As they increase their business, they focus in the management and customer services. Their one of the missions, is that they serving the customers with qualified food and services.
Let's have a look in step by step!
Where is the Sushi Bay?
Sushi Bay have more than 10 branches around New South Wales, which include Blacktown, Castle Hill, Campbelltwon, Waterloo, Penrith, Rouse Hill, Parramatta, Chatswood, Carlingford, Merrylands and so on.
What is in the menu?!
As I told above, Sushi Bay has traditional food in Japanese and also they have Japanese food in fusion style. Sushi Bay has Sushi trains in their shops and they are always trying to provide fresh food to the customers. Sushi train is difficult to do food control, but in Sushi Bay they have their own methodology to control the food and this results, they don't have any issued with hygiene in food control. In their menu, they have Nigiri, Sashimi, Ships, Temaki, Udon, Maki and Deep Fried.
NIGIRI

Suhi Bay also provide Party Set so that the customers could take the party set in discounted prices.
As Sushi Bay has sushi train, they provide different colour plates in different prices so that the customers could guess the prices by matching with the colour plates what they have, and this is also one of interest things in Sushi Bay. Sushi Bay has opened their kitchens, so their customers could see what staff make and how they cook their Sushi and it gives the interests to the customers by showing how the Sushi is cooked. Also Sushi Bay could establish the strong communication systems in opened kitchens by providing services to the customers.
Sushi Bay has a family card and it gives the points of 5% of what you spend on and when you get $20 in your credits, you can get free meals in $20 valued.
I have visited in many different Japanese Restuarants in Sydney and Sushi Bay was best restaraunt that I have. If you are interested in, have try to visit the Website: http://www.sushibay.com.au/
